About Our Founder FDS Consulting was founded on April 9, 2023, by Maurdys De Sousa, a technology consultant, systems engineer, and business process specialist with over seven years of experience helping businesses create order, structure, and growth through technology. With a career shaped by working in Big Four firms and international projects across two countries, she understands that technology is not just about systems — it’s about people, strategy, and purpose. Her passion lies in empowering entrepreneurs and growing companies to have full control of their customer data, operations, and business processes — without needing to depend on multiple providers or scattered tools. Driven by integrity, excellence, and a heart for collaboration, Maurdys created FDS Consulting to become that trusted partner every business deserves — providing smart, customized, and integrated technology solutions that help businesses scale with clarity and confidence.
